At the July meeting of the Lisbon School Board, the Board approved operating the 5-6 grade volleyball, girls basketball, and boys basketball programs through Lisbon Public Schools.
As one of the agenda items during today's special meeting, the Board approved the requirement of athletic physicals for all 5-6 grade athletes participating in these programs, with these physicals needing to be on file in the office before the athletes are eligible to participate, similarly to all 7-12 grade athletes.
More information on these programs will be coming at a later date!

Recently we were made aware by the North Dakota School Boards Association that we cannot have school on President's Day, so at last night's School Board meeting, the Board approved this amended Academic Calendar for the 2026-27 school year.
We have been made aware that our old website address is back live with outdated and inaccurate information. Congratulations to Jada Nims on placing 4th in triple jump with a jump of 35' 4 3/4" at the ND State Track Meet.
Congratulations to Brynley Differding for breaking the 13 year school record during the 300 meter hurdles prelims at the ND State Track Meet. Previous record was 45.36 held by Natallie Jones. Brynley posted a time of 44.70. Brynley will run in the finals tomorrow.

Parents/patrons attending the SE Region Track Meet, with so many teams attending we are restricting non coaches/athletes to behind the fence line only. The track, jumps areas, and football field are restricted to athletes and coaches only, that does mean parents with cameras as well. The throwers' areas will remain open for families to sit and watch in the reserved sections as usual.
