
Valley City State University representatives stopped in today to talk with our dual credit students and congratulate them on their hard work throughout the school year. Thirteen students were awarded the College Certificate, earning 24+ college credits while in high school. Special shout out to Ava for completing enough credits to earn her Associates Degree. Congratulations students!!




Today's Junior High track meet has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

Drivers Education Announcement:
Students interested in Driver Education this summer need to stop in the Middle School or High School offices and pick up the registration form. Dates for the classroom portion of Driver Education will be May 28th - June 1 in Mr. Moss' room in the High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, contact the Middle School or High School offices.

Lisbon Public School District has been awarded the Cognia Values Driven Award of Excellence. This award is one of three state-level awards given by Cognia and is presented to one educational organization that systematically models the following values through their daily efforts to improve outcomes for their students: Dream Big. Measles cases are on the rise in the United States and have been reported as close as MN. Measles is a highly contagious disease and can lead to complications of pneumonia, encephalitis, severe cognitive issues and death. High School Track in Aberdeen is cancelled today 3/26 for Lisbon. We are waiting confirmation for a new meet this week possibly.

Kindergarten registration has been moved to the Lisbon Middle School Gym tonight. Please join us there at 5:30 p.m.

Bronco fans planning to attend the Boys Basketball Region 1 game at the SHAC in Fargo on Monday, March 4th should plan on parking in the FargoDome lot C (no charge Monday and Tuesday) or NDSU RF, F, & R lots.
Our fan sections are Sections 101, 102, and 103 on the west side across from the bench.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students, and school passes will not be accepted.
The games will be livestreamed on Your Live Event and on the radio on KFAN 740, The Truck 103.9, and i3G Media.

Lisbon's Honor Society and Student Council are collaborating to hold a blood drive next Thursday, March 7, 2024 during our Spring Fling week, from 9:45am to 12:30pm. We are asking that you please consider donating to people in need.
Our goal is to meet the requirement of 51 units of blood so that we can do this again in the future. To help plan accordingly, keep in mind it will take around an hour in total. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kerri Zahrbock, Richard Schmit, or Kortney Vesel.
