Every three years, CHI and Ransom County Health conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA). A major part of the CHNA is collecting survey responses from as many adults (18 years of age and older) in Ransom and Sargent Counties as possible, to get their thoughts on the pressing health needs in our community. The information we collect helps us apply for grants and shapes our work in the coming years. Please complete the survey. https://ndstate.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1FIr4Gs40DnPDIG
